With the purpose of learning how to use fire extinguishers properly and correctly for safety in the dormitories, on Wednesday 12th December, 2018, the Domestic Affairs Department (DAD) of the College of International Students (CIS) organized a fire prevention activity for all the International students. This activity was fully supported by CIS.
The fire safety activity was held in the middle campus of the NUIST where a large number of International students gathered to be trained on how to kill a fire with fire extinguishers in the right and safe way. An officer from the NUIST Safety Department explained about the danger of fire and demonstrated the correct way to use fire extinguishers: P.A.S.S.
